Wreaking Havoc On The World
There are a lot of singer/songwriters out there. So when one grabs me by the arm with their lyrics I must acknowledge them. 24 year old Texas native Sara Jeffe is such that kind of artist. Right off the back, her musical arrangements and writing style pulls at the mind in a way that is indescribable. I suppose that is why Kirtland Records hopped on signing her and is putting out her LP Suburban Nature on May 18th. Gaming vs. Having a Life
I know many males between the ages of 12 and 29 who lost valuable hours of their lives to contemplating what would happen in a fight between video game characters and various comic book protagonists. Then Streetfighter vs. X men was created and then those same men lost way more hours actually figuring out what would happen. The Marvel vs. Capcom series took the debate to a whole other level and now finally the 3rd edition is here. Prepare to freak when you check out the new trailer for Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

BETVGO: MEET THE METERMAIDS
Every once and awhile you stumble upon a true gem who would think this would happen getting a ticket. These NY MC's are reminiscent of a Gym Class Heroes. The sound contains a mix of altrock production and heart felt hip hop lyrics. Bands like P.O.D. and Linkin Park made this style popular but this rap duo are doing the best that I've heard in awhile. So check out their video for "Matchbook" and some tracks off the free EP Smash Smash Bag.

Pac Div and The Cool Kids are the new breed of hip hop group, following in the traditions of EPMD, The Beastie Boys, and RUN DMC. They've already between them had amazing successes with their previous releases. Now they are finally working together and this is the result.
